York

So today I boarded a bus at 8:30am, along with the majority of the other International Students, to head into York! It took us about 2.5 hours to get into the city, and luckily I slept for the majority of the ride in. When we arrived, we immediately walked into town along the river:

How gorgeous right?! We then went to a coffee shop to grab some much needed coffee, and plan out the five hours we had in York.

After our coffee/planning session, we made our way toward the Mansion House, which was unfortunately not touring at the time, but still incredible!

We went to a lot of places, but didn't get to necessarily explore inside of places as much as we would have liked to. For example the York Museum:

Hopefully our next travels will give us more time to really explore inside places, and not just run around!

I cannot believe it's the middle of October already. Honestly I'm not sure where the time has went! I'm both thankful, but also stressed at how quickly time is running away. There is still so much to do!

The plan currently for next weekend is to head to London to visit my friend, Lea Hitchcock! And then the following weekend we leave for Ireland, already.

Time is such a tease.
